- Who can register for the MS PMP?

A complete list of user roles is located within the MS PMP user guide. Each healthcare licensing board has a requirement for registering for the MS PMP. All registrations are to be done by the user personally.
- Are Prescribers and Pharmacists required to use the MS PMP?

Yes. Please contact the appropriate licensing board for specifics.
- What is required to pull a MS PMP report?

Prescribers/Dispensers are required to be providing medical or pharmaceutical care in order to pull a report on an individual. There are no exceptions.
- Who can I share a MS PMP report with?

No one. A copy of a MS PMP report is not permitted to be printed and given to anyone by an end user. Should a patient or anyone else want a copy, they are required to contact the MS PMP directly.
- Can I share my log in information or can anyone else log in to my account?

No. Accounts are private to each user.
- Who can make changes to my account?

Only the account holder.
- Can I have a delegate assist in running reports?

Yes, each licensing board allows their licensees to have delegates register for their own MS PMP account and list their supervisors.
- How often is a pharmacy/dispenser required to report?

Every 24 hours, including zero reports.
- Is Medical Cannabis required to be reported to the MS PMP?

Yes.
- If my information changes, do I register again?

No. The account holder sends an email to mspmpassist@mbp.ms.gov with the updated information and the change will be made.
